mission of the Vermont RideShare
Program is to inform and encourage Vermonters to examine their travel
options by providing services designed to assist our youth and adults
in making educated transportation choices,
including the use of carpools and vanpools. The Vermont
RideShare Program’s
commitment to the economic well-being and quality of life for all
Vermonters is demonstrated by the program’s
positive impacts on more conservative energy consumption, the
reduction of traffic volume and
improved air quality.
